Ordering and Billing System Dashboard for Momocita Cafe

ABOUT
Momocita cafe is an beautiful establishment founded in 2020 the main aim and focus of this establishment is to provide comfort food that soothes one's soul and appetite. The main attraction of this establishment is that its a fusion of indo-chinese cuisine plus tibetian delicasies with the twist of italian. As the Establishment boast of diverse cuisine with premium quality and taste it has attracted many eyes.
The Challenge
Momocita being one of the prominient cafe faced hugh rush in peak time that coupled with the take-away and food delievery system cornered the staff of the establishment into chaos and mismanagement due to lack of proper information. As the cafe used orthodox way of pen and paper of ordering,registerisation and kot it often caused error. Thus, after consulting it was found that there was a need for management system that would help them to solve this chaos with digital kot and registeration system with bill generation. Inventory management was one of the main issue faced by them at that time
Approach
We deep-dived into the sector / segment (competition benchmark), digital stack & set-up and sales funnel and processes.
We set up a series of workshops to discuss digital growth barriers & drivers and to co-create ideas that impact conversion.
We reworked the full page structure and UX/UI based on extensive wireframing.
We custom-coded the web platform, following current webstandards with WordPress CMS. Specific attention was put to speed optimizations and code cleaning, given that these are key levers for SEO/SEA optimization (which would be foreseen in a second phase using the growth marketing approach).
We developed a dynamic filtering via Vue.JS and AJAX-based approach so the user has his travelling results in less than 1 second.
We synchronise on a daily/automatic basis all the travel information from the Servico platform and display it in the front-end.
